While our speakers will be giving expert guidance about your financing options, we know many of you want to find partners for your specific projects. With that in mind, we're offering a Dealmaker's Session where you can meet potential business partners and trade introductory information with them!
Like a business version of "speed dating", financing, investment and equipment providers will be available at separate tables, allowing brewers to rotate between them, trading business cards and providing a quick description (verbally or in print) of their needs to the potential provider. After 5 minutes, we'll ring a bell so brewers can move to the next table of interest. Everyone will be able to provide quick overviews of their projects, services and contact information for later follow-up.
Sponsors who are service/product providers will automatically receive a table for the Dealmaker's Session. If you are a registered attendee who is a service/product provider, and would like to reserve a table, please contact Pete Cook at 540-222-2742; tables are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Craft Beer Tasting
After the Dealmaker's Session, you'll have the chance to sample a variety of craft beers from around the country during our Craft Beer Tasting!
Established breweries who are registered for, or sponsoring, the conference can have up to three of their beers included in the Tasting.
If you're an established brewery, but not a Conference Sponsor, you'll have the option to sign-up as a Tasting Vendor when you register for the conference. The vendor fee is $1200 and includes a bar set up, bartender and sample glasses. You're welcome to bring your own setup and glassware, but this does not reduce the sign-up fee. Tasting Vendors can bring up to three beers, in cans and bottles only. There are a limited number of spaces available, so make sure you register today!
If you're an established brewery and a Conference Sponsor, your vendor fees are waived for the Tasting. We'll provide the bar setup, bartender and sample glasses, but you are welcome to bring your own setup and glassware. You can bring up to three beers, in cans and bottles only. There are a limited number of spaces available, so you will need to reserve your station when you register your sponsorship.
