Founder & President
Pete comes to the brewing industry after over 10 years running successful events in the oil & gas, engineering, and inspection industries. Pete has been featured in the Denver Business Journal, Oil & Gas Journal, and Convene Magazine, as well as on Univision and CNN.
Prior to dedicating himself full-time to conferences and events, Pete spent over twenty years at Commercial Assessments, US Inspect, and their predecessor companies. As their top salesman, he led Commercial Assessments from start-up to a multi-million dollar organization in just a few years, identifying and growing new service lines. He was also a two-time recipient of the company’s Director of the Year award. Prior to this, Pete led U.S. Inspect's national expansion program, acquiring dozens of inspection, environmental, and engineering firms in markets throughout the US.
Pete is former Vice President of the University of Dallas National Alumni Board and he served on the Board of Directors for both the Men's Leadership Forum in Washington, DC. and the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, as well as on the Technical Review Board at the National Environmental Health Association. Over the course of his career, Pete has served on various committees and been an active member of numerous professional associations (SPE, NISA, TAEP, ICSC, NMHC, MBA, IBBA, NAHI, PRSM, ASHI, WISA, RFMA, SHRM, etc.). Pete currently serves on the Board of Policy Advisors for The Heartland Institute.
A graduate of the University of Dallas, Pete played on the men's basketball and soccer teams and served in Student Government. He currently lives on a farm near South Bend, Indiana with his wife and their seven children. When not planning conferences, chasing kids, reading, or renovating their 100+ year old farmhouse, Pete raises grass-fed cattle and is active in his parish and several charitable organizations.
